Strong Start! Free Workout Class

Free, fun introduction to workouts for kids and families!

Regular exercise is great for physical and mental health. This beginner-friendly event will introduce kids (and parents) to the fun of exercise! The best part? You can do these moves without a gym or equipment! You can use some cans or small dumbbells to add weight, if desired.
We will start with a dynamic cardio warmup. Then, we will go through a few strength exercises for the upper body, core, and lower body. We will finish off with stretches.

Please bring a towel or mat, some moves will be on the ground. Sunscreen and comfortable clothes are recommended. Bring water to stay hydrated.
Class is geared towards kids up to 10 years old and their parents/guardians, but all ages are welcome.
We’ll meet at the buffalo statue and make our way to the field to exercise!
