9:00-10:30am - Strong Girls Event for Pre-K-5th Graders

A fun-filled Strong Girls event for PreK-5th graders! Fun fitness games, team-building activities, mental skills challenges, and more! Parents are welcome to stay.

11:00-12:30pm - Strong Girls L.E.A.D. for 6-8th Graders

Through team-building, mental skills, and leadership activities, Strong Girls LEAD empowers participants to Learn, Empower, Advocate, and Dream--helping them building confidence, resilience, and the skills to lead both on and off the field.
