Strong Flow Aerial Yoga Workshop Edinburgh, Sat 21st Feb 9.15-10.45am

Ready to level up your aerial yoga, your fitness or just try a bit of accessible circus fun? This strong-flow workshop is designed for students who have either done a few of my classes, have a solid foundation in vinyasa or strong yoga or just a good fitness level.

We’ll build strength and confidence through:

• Dynamic aerial sequences to get the heart pumping
• Core and upper body work that challenges and empowers
• A chance to play with some beginner-friendly circus-style wraps and poses
• Creative transitions to help you move fluidly through the air

Expect to sweat, laugh, maybe shake a bit — and surprise yourself with what you can do.
