This bootcamp is geared toward kids ages 3–8 and their families. Expect movement games, teamwork challenges, simple strength exercises, obstacle-style fun, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
This is NOT about perfection or fitness level - it’s about creating healthy memories, building confidence, and showing kids that movement can be FUN. ❤️
