✔️ Mental Health Discussion Led by a Licensed Professional Counselor that is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health, this talk explores expectations vs. reality in motherhood and offers practical tools to navigate emotional challenges and manage overwhelm.

✔️ Pelvic Floor & Core Recovery Learn from a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Therapist how to safely restore pelvic health, reduce discomfort, and rebuild your core from the inside out.

✔️ Postpartum Realignment + Mobility Led by a Certified Fascia Stretch Therapy Practitionee to help you gently release tension, realign your body, and restore balance as you recover and reconnect postpartum.
