You’ve always been The Sensitive One, and yet somehow you ended up as The Responsible One. How did this happen?


Your sensitivity gave you a soft spot for others’ pain, so you wanted to do whatever you could to take away their discomfort.


Despite your caring nature, you weren’t unconditionally loved for ALL of who you are — big emotions, deep thinking, and activated empathy. You had to earn approval based on relentless performance.


And now you’re so exhausted, but it’s hard to imagine a different way of doing things.


This is The Feminine Wound.


What started out as a survival skill has become your personality.


“I’ve always been an over-achiever.”

“If I don’t do it, no one else will.”

“I can’t slow down.”

“My mind is always racing.”

“If I don’t work hard, everything will fall apart.”



What would it be like to take off the mask of productivity and being in control, and discover who you truly are underneath the constant action?

You closed your heart so you wouldn’t be disappointed by relying on someone again.


When they hurt you, you were criticized as being “too sensitive” and “too needy.”


You learned to ignore your body and your emotions because they don’t fit into a masculine corporate model of productivity and being taken seriously. [Isn’t it funny that the word ‘corporate’ comes from the word for ‘body’ (corpus), yet the modern way of working completely denies our physical needs?]


You’re exhausted, but you don’t know how to stop.



Being relentless has made you successful, but always running on empty is not going to work for much longer.


Your life is impressive, but you don’t know how to LIVE it.

Hi, I’m Natalie — Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Life Coach, and a spiritual teacher who has facilitated hundreds of transformative healing groups for more than 1,000 women over the last 10 years.


I’m also a full-time travel digital nomad. For the last nearly 3 years I’ve been absorbing the healing energy of peaceful places in nature across 6 different countries.


I’ve been consciously honing the skill of staying strong while living a soft life, and I can’t wait to show you what I’ve learned.

Part I: The Mindset Shift

(30 minutes)

I’m going to tell you everything you need to know about how to have a completely different relationship with your urge to over-function:

  • The Capacity Paradox: How being the most capable person in the room is actually draining your energy and limiting your growth.
  • The Feminine Wound: Why your nervous system can’t rest, and receiving feels selfish.
  • The key to helping your brain feel safe living in an energy of ease.
  • How to untangle your identity from how much you accomplish.
  • A super simple technique to quickly shift from seeing your inner taskmaster as an authority figure to obey (or a monster to run away from) to recognizing the worried part of you who can be comforted.
  • What becomes possible in your life when you let yourself receive tenderness, validation, and support.



Part II: Live Group Coaching

(60 minutes)

This is where the real magic happens. I’m going to coach women who volunteer live on the call.

  • Watch women having breakthroughs that you can apply to your own life.
  • Feel held, safe, warm, and connected with your soul sisters.
  • Realize you’re not alone in being a sensitive deep-thinker.
  • See the tools applied to real-life situations step-by-step, so you can feel confident running yourself through these protocols in your own life.
  • Receive love, support, and motivation from the community of strong women.


Whether you volunteer to be coached live or witness other women doing their work, you will leave knowing your next steps to heal the Feminine Wound.


This is a women’s group, open to all humans who identify as a woman (including trans and nonbinary women who resonate with women’s spaces).


Having the skill of softness will allow you to:
