8 Weeks New Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation

Gaden KhachoeShing Buddhist Monastery is offering introductory course on Buddhist philosophy and meditation. The course will cover a wide array of subjects such as

1. Intro to Buddhism and Dharma etiquette: 03/15/26
2. Karma: 03/22/26
3. Rebirth: 03/29/26
4. Nature of mind and emotions: 04/05/26
5. Loving kindness and Compassion: 04/12/26
6. Refuge: Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma and Sangha):04/29
7. How to meditate: 05/03
8. Intro of Tantra: 05/10

The teachings are offer in simple language and very assessable drawing the inspiration from our every day life. It will also focus on how to incorporate Buddhist teachings into our everyday lives to achieve lasting peace, happiness, and meaningful life.

One is welcome to join anytime, as each week will be different subject.
