Join us for a spooktacular morning of fitness and fun! We’ll kick things off with a FREE FIT4MOM Stroller Strides® class—a full-body workout designed for moms with strollers, perfect for all fitness levels. After class, stick around for stroller-to-stroller trick-or-treating!
Moms, bring treats to share (suggest 10 items), dress up your little ones (and your stroller!) in their Halloween best, and get ready for festive fun with our FIT4MOM community. Costumes are highly encouraged for both moms and kiddos!
Whether you’re a current member or have never been to a class before and are looking for some seasonal fun, this event is the perfect chance to connect, move, and celebrate Halloween together.
