Calling all stroller moms! Join us for a fun, energizing stroller-based fitness class designed specifically for moms with babies and toddlers. This total-body workout blends cardio, strength, and core work—all while your little one rides along in the stroller. No babysitter required 💕All children 0-5 must be in stroller for duration of class. Big kids welcome, they may not participate in workout and must remain in arms length of mama on site. Thank you!
Led by FIT4MOM Southwest NoVa franchise owner Shannon Slayer, this class is welcoming, supportive, and adaptable for all fitness levels—from brand-new postpartum moms to seasoned stroller pros.
After class, families are invited to stay for a guided tour of Prince William Academy, giving you the chance to explore the space, ask questions, and see what this family-friendly community partner has to offer.
