Join us for a special morning of movement, music, and connection in Baker Park! We’ll stroll together through the park, stopping along the way for singing, dancing, and playful movement led by FIT4MOM Frederick and Music Together: Finding Our Voice.
Be sure to wear clothing appropriate for walking & movement. We recommend children under 4 remain in the stroller or be worn in a carrier during the walking portions, but little ones are encouraged to hop out and join the fun during our music stops! Baby wearing is a wonderful option if your little one prefers extra snuggles while you move.
We will wrap up our time together at the playground for families to play and hang out!
