Have you or a loved one had a stroke? Now what do you do? Come to our stroke support group where you can connect with others who have similar stories. Find new friends, support, hope and encouragement. Learn about resources, how to prevent another stroke, post-stroke depression, pain, managing prescriptions, self-care for caregivers and other important topics.
We hope to help you along your post-stroke journey.
The class is offered the last Friday monthly from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at the HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital Community Room located at 3280 North Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte.
