Stroke survivors and their caregivers often need help adjusting to the changes in their lives. Connecting with other survivors and caregivers to share experiences, information and advice can be incredibly beneficial.
The support group meets the third Monday of every month on the 10th floor in the Easy Street Activities of Daily Living Room. Registration is not required. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation.
