Strobe Life Presents - Solid State's Birthday with special guest WINSTON HAZEL (Forgemasters, Kabal)
Winston Hazel is known world-wide as a pioneer in electronic music and a key originator of the Sheffield Bleep sound with The Forgemasters, whose classic "Track With No Name" launched WARP Records in 1989.
He still carries the torch for quality underground klang at Kabal, the legendary nomadic party and if you've seen him in full flow you'll know - there is noone like him.
Since the mid-80s, Winston has soundtracked countless of my best nights and life events and I've been lucky to share record duties many times with him over the decades.
And now it's my birthday - AGAIN - we can't wait to hear him back in his inimitable flow. Hope you can come xxx
