What happens when movement meets music… and the body is given permission to simply feel?
Strings & Soul is an immersive evening of Yin and somatic movement accompanied by the live, soulful sounds of violin.
Together, Mindy of Radiant Soul and Dan of Sunset Strings create a space where music becomes movement, movement becomes sensation, and sensation becomes an invitation to come home to yourself.
Through slow, nourishing Yin shapes and intuitive somatic movement, you’ll be invited to soften tension, quiet the noise, open into spaciousness, and listen more deeply to what your body is saying.
Throughout the experience, Dan’s live violin will weave through the practice….sometimes guiding, sometimes holding, sometimes simply allowing the music to meet you exactly where you are.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about feeling more.
A place to soften.
A place to breathe.
A place to move from within.
A place where your soul gets to dance in symphony. ✨
Come as you are.
Leave a little more connected to who you are.
Space will be limited.
