Strings and Stretch - August 24th

Purpose:

Strings & Stretch is a restorative flow rooted in sound and intentional movement. Led by Cortland (movement + meditation) and Stephen (live violin/music), guests will flow through a grounding sequence, connect with community, and leave with a sense of peace and renewal through a transformative experience.

Strings & Stretch is rooted in research-backed methods that regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create emotional safety.

Combining live sound therapy, restorative movement, and mindful breathing, we offer a multi-sensory experience proven to lower cortisol, increase vagal tone (strength and efficiency of your vagus nerve), and foster community healing.

The vagus nerve is like the body's calm switch. When it's activated through things like music, breath, and movement, your body starts to feel safe again and that’s when real healing can happen. Strings & Stretch is designed with that science in mind.
