Get Up and Get Moving
Every Saturday from May 3rd - September 27th at 9:30am -10:45am, The Athletic Cos will host a work out class out outside on the turf in the park at The Little Grand.
May 3rd - Core Sculpt - Tickets Closed (Event Moved to Indoor Event Space due to Weather).
May 10th - Vinyasa Flow

Class Descriptions:
Core Sculpt: Pilates-inspired full body workout with a focus on posture and deep core activation. Expect good vibes, great music and leave feeling strong!
Vinyasa Flow: A yoga class that blends energizing movement and upbeat tunes. This dynamic, all-levels class links breath to beat through playful sequences designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility — all while soaking up sunshine!
