This fall, retreat to the Ozarks for two days of lively stringband music & dance, handcrafted arts, and old-fashioned fun on Oct. 11-12 at the Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Stringband Music & Arts Festival includes live music, craft demonstrations, and entertainment during the daytime in the Craft Village and music shows at the park's 1,000-seat indoor music venue, Ozark Highlands Theater, on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon/evening. Performers include GRAMMY award-winners Dirk & Amelia Powell, Lonesome Ace Stringband, The Creek Rocks, Salem Plateau Stringband, Riggsville Ramblers, Bug Shuffle Stringband, O.F.C. Square Dancers, the Music Roots Ensemble and more.
