Strike a Balance: Bowling x Caregiver Respite

Strike a Balance: Bowling x Caregivers Respite is a pilot programme to provide caregivers the opportunity to relax from their busy schedules. Caregivers can take a well-deserved break, unwind, connect with others and have fun bowling!

Members will be supported by friendly volunteers and a professional bowling coach will be present to guide members as they master their bowling skills.

Everyone can refuel over a light refreshment break. The event will end with a mini-competition for caregivers and members, the top 3 pairs that scores the highest after 5 frames, stand to win attractive prizes!

IMPORTANT

• Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members who require 2 caregivers’ assistance.
• Pls bring your own socks! No socks will be provided.
