Kick off the 2026 run season with an afternoon of speed, movement, and community on the track.
After two great Strides to Sprints events in 2025, we're back at Applewood Heights Track for another afternoon of sprint drills, track work, coaching, and good company.
Strides to Sprints is a high-energy, movement-first workshop designed for runners who want to build speed, improve efficiency, and explore a different side of training.
This year's event brings together sprint coaches, run coaches, performance coaches, and athletes for a hands-on experience designed to help runners move better, run faster, and gain confidence on the track.
Whether you're training for your first 5K, chasing a new PB, or simply looking to become a more complete runner, you'll leave with new tools, new ideas, and a few fast laps in your legs.
