Saturday 13th September | 8:15am – 9:30am (Outdoor Run Training)
Sunday 5th October | 9:15am – 10:30am (Outdoor Run Training)
Sunday 2nd November | 9:15am – 10:30am (Outdoor Run Training)
Sunday 7th December | 9:15am – 10:30am (Outdoor Run Training)

Workout clothes & running shoes 👟

🚨 Please note: Crèche will not be available for the sessions due to outdoor location and legislative requirements.
Participants are encouraged to stay for the entire 75-minute session, full participation = full impact! 💥
