Stretching for Artists + Crafters

Happy Daylight Savings! If the change in time/weather/age has you a little stiff and achey, join us in our sunny studio and stretch it out! As artisans, crafters, and people who use our hands as our primary tools, we can become accustomed to a certain kind of hurt.

Lauren is licensed to teach pilates and aerobics, and she has developed her own stretching routine/methodology to get things limber—"yogalates" is her tongue-in-cheek way of describing it.

We're looking to be proactive for ourselves and our community. Let's meet up, say hello, and streeeeetcchhhhh!
