Stretching for Artists and Crafters

If the change in weather has you a little stiff and achy, join us in our sunny studio and stretch it out! As artisans, crafters, and people who use our hands as our primary tools, we can become accustomed to a certain kind of hurt. Let's address that together!

Lauren Sugita-Pearlman is licensed to teach pilates and aerobics, and she has developed her own stretching routine/methodology to get things limber—"yogalates" is her tongue-in-cheek way of describing it.
