Relax and unwind on Wednesdays at 6 PM as we stretch and meditate in the pasture with our horses. đ´Families welcome!
Please bring a small tarp or tablecloth, a yoga mat, and water.
Weâll practice Hatha-style yoga stretches, embracing the balance of the Sun and the Moon, the Yin and the Yang, and connecting the Body, Mind, and Spirit, followed by a guided meditation.
Conveniently located in Raleigh, near Knightdale and I-540. Suggested contribution: $10 per participant or $20 per family.
