Stretching & Meditation at the Farm - Nov 2024

Relax and unwind on Wednesdays (and one Thursday) as we stretch and meditate in the pasture with our horses. 🦄

Families welcome!

Please bring a small tarp or tablecloth, a yoga mat, and water.

We’ll practice Hatha-style yoga stretches, embracing the balance of the Sun and the Moon, the Yin and the Yang, and connecting the Body, Mind, and Spirit, followed by a guided meditation.

Conveniently located in Raleigh, near Knightdale and I-540. Suggested contribution: $10 per participant or $20 per family. Need-based scholarships available upon request.
