We’re excited to offer you a full-body and mind experience, connecting movement, breath, and energy to bring you into deeper alignment with yourself.
Who are we?
We are Daniel & Mandie (Dandie)!Having recently moved to Arizona, we are deeply connected to our purpose of giving—facilitating, empowering, and helping others align with their true selves.
• Daniel has been a coach for 12 years, integrating fitness with the mind and spirit.
• Mandie is a creative artist who works with energy frequencies to promote healing and connection.
