What to know:
Check-in begins at 9:45am- please do not arrive earlier, but allow yourself time to park and checkin.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any props to round out your practice.
Class will begin at 10am
What to expect:
First, Amanda, owner and creator of Bloom & Bliss, will lead you through a flow class. ALL bodies are welcome here. You will work on mind, body and breath. Through thoughtful cueing and alignment cues Amanda will get you from start to zen. Whether its your first yoga class or 100th, Amanda's laid back style of instruction will have you at ease.

Back Home Vintage sells vintage clothing & accessories from the 1950s-Y2K. Owner, Stefanie, first started selling vintage back in 2017 out of her studio apartment in NYC, as a fun side project. She always loved fashion & the thrill of finding one of a kind pieces, so it was a natural fit. The business evolved as she moved to different cities, and turned into weekly pop up events. In 2026, after returning to Buffalo, Stefanie decided to make her dreams of opening a brick & mortar shop, a reality. In store, you can expect to find vintage pieces that are handpicked for quality, cut and meant to blend seamlessly into your modern wardrobe.
