About this Event

Find your zen with Ann Czerwinski of Active Zen - and some of our furry friends! This beginner-friendly mindful movement class is all about inhaling the good vibes, exhaling what no longer serves you, and adding a little extra joy with plenty of kitten cuddles.

All proceeds benefit the New Hampshire Humane Society, helping provide care and comfort for homeless pets until they find loving homes.
