Stretch & Steep is a 60-minute yin & restorative yoga class designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body.

We’ll begin with soft, gentle movement focused on ease, breath, and release — no rushing, no pressure. This class is beginner friendly and created to support rest, regulation, and presence.

After movement and sound, we’ll transition into a simple tea ritual and quiet reflection, offering space to settle, sip, and just be.
