Get ready to stretch your body and soothe your soul with some chill sounds at our "Stretch & Sound" event!About this Event
Let's get flexy in 2025!!
Relax to the sounds of singing bowls, gongs and chimes as you sink into deep stretching that creates healthier and fuller range of motion!
Participants will hold poses while supported by props for 2-5 minutes. Don't be intimidated by such long hold times, this class shockingly flies by!
This stretching session incorporates breathwork and sound healing to maximize relaxation and benefit.
Session ends with 5-10 minutes of sound healing without stretching.
