The hatha style class incorporates breathwork, meditation, and engaging and lengthening poses that allow you to ease into your day, relax muscle tension, and connect the mind with the body. Stretch & restore is designed to leave you feeling stretched, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead!
All levels, ages, and abilities are welcome!
$15/drop in, $135/10 pack of classes, or use your monthly membership
