Stretch & Restore Gym Class

We're thrilled to invite you to our dynamic and invigorating fitness classes at Florence Dock! Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your wellness journey, our classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels and goals.

Stretch and Restore: Come and press your reset button, stretch out the muscles, improve your posture, lengthen the body and strengthen the mind to find deeper extensions within. This session is designed to soothe the mood and also to give you the recovery that is needed to go that extra mile, whether it’s at your work or in your training. This session will fuse the best elements of dynamic and assisted stretching, with a warm-up and cool-down.

Expert Instructors: Dean is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer who will be covering the Florence Dock summer sessions. He is motivated with engaging clients at all levels and helping them to achieve their highest potential. He'll guide you through each session with personalized attention, ensuring proper form and technique.
