About this Event

Strech & Flow is a medium-paced, all-levels yoga-inspired class designed to ground your body, clear your mind, and uplift your spirit. Through mindful movement and breathwork, this flow invites you to release tension and realign from within.

Held at Mind N Heart, our studio features calming green walls, warm lighting, and a welcoming energy that invites you to exhale. After class, you’re welcome to browse our wellness shop with teas, journals, sage, and more, or cozy up with a book from our empowering collection on spirituality, self-growth, and women’s wisdom.

Whether you curl up on the couch or settle into the floor, this space is yours to reflect, reset, and reconnect.
