Stretch & Breathe is a FREE, community-centered wellness experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with your body in a supportive outdoor setting.

• Guided stretching and breathing exercises led by certified fitness instructors
• A calm, beginner-friendly session suitable for all ages and fitness levels
• Complimentary fruit smoothies and healthy snacks
• A welcoming space to prioritize your physical and mental wellbeing
