Stretch and Sip at Roses by the Stairs

Join us for a playful, feel-good morning of slow flow yoga set to some of your favorite emo/pop punk covers—because stretching to emo jams just hits different. After class, enjoy a complimentary drink and hang out at Roses by the Stairs, your favorite local brewery with all the vibes. Ticket includes one drink, with non-alcoholic options available as well. We will also be parnering with Caked this time and ticket will also include a pasrty (danish, muffin or coffee cake.)

• Yoga mat
• Water
• Any props you like to use (blocks, bolster, blanket, etc.)
