Saturdays on Shuffle: Vinyasa Flow + Beats is our summer-long series where each class features a different music genre—from Taylor Swift to Deep House to Hip Hop and beyond. Expect an energetic, all-levels Vinyasa Flow set to the soundtrack of the night, led by your favorite Buddha Bella teachers. Some sessions are steamy (heated), others are chill (non-heated)—but all are guaranteed to get your body moving and your spirit lifted.

When: Twice a month on Saturdays from 6–7 pm, June 7 through September 20
Where: Buddha Bella Healing Center

• September 20 – Tribal House Flow w/ Angella (Non-Heated)
