Stretch and Restore Yoga with Vi

Come find presence with some traditional asana (postures) to mindfully open and stretch the body. This will be followed by restful asanas for a parasympathetic reset. Meet your body where it is - in an inclusive and accessible space for every practice and every body.

Vi offers intentional, grounded yoga designed to support her students through mindful movement, breath, and whole-body wellness. With a background in education and a deep interest in natural health, her teaching style is down-to-earth, supportive, and approachable for all bodies—especially those new to yoga or returning after time away.

Her classes focus on accessibility, clear instruction, and helping each student feel confident to reconnect with their bodies in a compassionate, sustainable way. She creates a welcoming space where there is no pressure to perform—just an invitation to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels right for each individual.

You are invited to bring any yoga props you have at home, especially blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets. These tools help you make the practice your own, support your body well, and build a home practice that feels familiar and sustainable. If you don’t have props yet, no problem — I’ll show you how to work with what’s available.
