Stressbusters: Free 8-Week Workshop for Caregivers

Join us for Stressbusters, a free 8-week evidence-based wellness workshop designed for caregivers of adults with dementia or Alzheimers.

Dates: Every Thursday from March 17th to May 5, 2026

Each week, participants will learn practical tools to manage stress, connect with others, and build resilience through guided techniques such as relaxation, imagery, music, movement, and more.

Participants will receive free materials and light refreshments.
