*Welcome to my Stress Resilience Yoga Series*Each class focuses on a different theme to support you on your journey toward becoming more stress resilient. To purchase a spot see below 🙏
This month’s theme: Slow, Strength & Activation 💛
Discover:
~ How yoga helps you slow down and guide your nervous system into its relaxation response.
The more you practice this, the more it becomes your body’s ‘normal’ state to be in.
~ That yoga isn’t about being flexible or touching your toes, it’s about being brave enough to listen, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
~ How to meet yourself exactly where you are, breathe through it, and let go of what you no longer need to hold onto. This is your path to becoming more stress resilient.
~ Often when we think of strength, we think of force, power, and high energy (don’t get me wrong, I love a good gym session too!). But in this class, you’ll discover how slowing down can also build strength, by activating muscles you don’t normally use and breathing deeply through the effort. This is where strength meets calm and where your nervous system learns to relax even while you’re working hard.
When life feels like too much, I find myself on the mat.
I breathe through my thoughts, my aches, my pains and slowly, calm finds me.
I’ve found my way to ease anxiety and stress, and I know you can too.
When you’re ready, I’d love to see you on the mat. 🌻
