A droplet of healing and rejuvenation is coming to St.Joseph, MO. Note the different location!

Relaxation as you journey inward with the healing frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls, rattles, chimes, drums, and sacred voice.

A Sound Bath is an immersive listening experience where you are bathing in sounds that nurture an individual's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Most often people lay down during the event. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and small pillow. Anything that will allow you to fully relax. (I like to have a pillow for underneath my knees.)
