This workshop is going to be a little bit nerdy, and a lot of fun! We Will be touching on the nervous system, the stress cycle and stress management, breathing techniques to help manage stress (pranayama), easy and accessible meditation techniques (Metta and mindfulness awareness meditation), and maybe a few other fun surprises. We will have some snacks, and beverages, and be learning a lot! This is going to be limited to 20 people so don’t wait, register now! Pre registration and payment is required to hold your spot.
