This workshop series offers tools to help you reduce the causes and effects of stress, across all areas of your life. Each class is independent. Attend as many or as few as you want.
Physical (class 1)
In this class you will learn about:
- The role of endorphins in reducing stress and strategies for increasing exercise.
- The impacts of poor sleep and techniques for improving it.
- Advanced training in managing pain with essential oils.
- Simple methods for shifting your body out of fight-or-flight mode.
Cost: $25/class (normally $40)
$40 if you sign up for both classes offered on the same day.
