Learning Summary: It is not uncommon for professionals who work with children to lose sight of the need for self-reflection, and investing in their own well-being. Join us as we explore causes and symptoms of stress and effective stress management strategies.

Learning Outcomes:

•Learners will define self-care and describe what it looks like in their lives.

•Learners will describe sources and symptoms of stress.

•Learners will demonstrate different techniques to manage stress.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
