About this Event

Whether you’re a caregiver, a health care worker, or simply someone experiencing burnout, you might be used to putting your own needs and mental health last. Calm your nervous system and learn strategies to slow down the flight-or-flight response in this 3-hour yoga and mindfulness workshop at The Community Farm in Arvada.

The workshop will start with a hands-on visit with the farm’s goats to regulate your nervous system. You’ll then learn actionable tips on how to effectively manage stress. We will then recenter with a 30-minute yin yoga practice, followed by a 40-minute vinyasa flow. Finish the day with journaling self-reflection and an optional BYOL (bring your own lunch). We look forward to connecting with you!

One complimentary workshop registration will be held for an individual experiencing great financial barriers with high need for this workshop (To reserve this seat, please email [email protected])
