The Be You Hub workshop is designed to assist you tackle stress and anxiety with confidence and ease, find actionable ways to enhance your ability to cope, and build a supportive network in the process.

This six weeks, in person, therapist-led workshop offers a space for people aged 18+ to learn about the different types of stress, the mechanisms behind anxiety, and how to use that knowledge to empower and support yourself moving forward.
What you will get:
- In person training, in a welcoming central London location
- 6 sessions x 2 hrs each (12 hrs in total)
- Facilitated by two fully qualified counsellors
- Gain a deeper awareness of the emotional and physical impacts of stress and anxiety
- A greater understanding of your experience and challenges
- Learn practical tools and resources
- Guidance on how to build your own well-being plan
- Community support within the group

Thursdays - 10th October, 17th October, 24th October, 31st October, 7th November, 14th November.
