Three days of coaching, competing and meeting like minded folk that like to lift a thing or two (because everyone knows we lift better when we lift up each other!)
Open to all levels and abilities working to your own weights.

Event 1: Max Deadlift
Event 2: Conans Wheel for distance (pick your own weight)
Event 3: Tyre Flip (60s)
Event 4: Stone to Shoulder
