Join Amelia Marchington for Strengthening the Connection, a transformative 3-hour breathwork meditation designed to help couples heal, forgive, and reignite their bond. This intimate workshop weaves together shadow work, Tantric practices, and heart-centered movement to create a powerful shared experience of connection and love.

PLEASE NOTE THE TICKET IS 1 PER COUPLE, NOT ONE PER PERSON
The journey begins with shadow work exercises to help you release the day’s tension and arrive fully present. This provides a bridge into the experience, allowing you to soften, let go, and open up to deeper vulnerability.
After a short comfort break, you’ll dive into a 50-minute breathwork meditation, guided by conscious connected breathing and synchronized movements in three carefully designed Tantric poses. Together, you’ll breathe as one, exploring the power of your shared energy and presence.

The final hour is devoted to integration, where you’ll be invited to express and embody your experience through guided movement, contact improv, writing, drawing, and spoken shares.
This workshop is perfect for couples seeking to:
- Deepen emotional and physical intimacy.
- Release tension, old stories, and resentments.
- Cultivate presence, joy, and connection.
Whether you’re navigating challenges or simply looking to strengthen your connection, this breathwork meditation offers a safe and sacred space to grow together. Rediscover your partner, your breath, and the infinite love that connects you both.

Please note that conscious connected breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Severe asthma or respiratory issues
- Cardiovascular problems, including high blood pressure or heart conditions
- Recent surgeries or physical injuries
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Severe mental health conditions, such as psychosis or bipolar disorder
- Pregnancy
If you have any of these conditions or concerns about your ability to participate, an alternative style of breathwork will be made available to ensure you can still enjoy the workshop safely and comfortably.

Please dress comfortably, so that you are able to move and breathe without restrictions.
Please bring a water bottle.
If you would like to bring something to place on the altar that reminds you of your partner, or Love, then please feel free to do so. The items will be returned to you.
The workshop will be held in English.
The process is specifically for romantic couples, so please do not come with a partner that is unfamiliar to you or that you would not feel comfortable being physically close to.
Poly constellations are welcome, but please note that the timing for exercises will be shorter.
Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes early so that we can start promptly.
