Looking for ways to build a stronger connection with your child?
Join the Oneida County Health Department for Strengthening Families, a FREE three-part summer series for parents and youth ages 7–17. These interactive classes are designed to help families build strong relationships, improve communication, and learn practical skills for everyday life.

July 13 – Bonding with Your Child
Learn ways to strengthen your relationship and create meaningful connections.
July 20 – Setting & Following Boundaries
Discover strategies for setting clear expectations and following through consistently.
July 27 – Monitoring with Trust
Explore how to stay involved in your child's life while encouraging independence and trust.
