Studies show that during menopause women lose up to 1/3 of their bone density. Strength training is an essential form of exercise forwomen of all ages especially as they grow older. However it can also be really intimidating to strength train especially when you’re scared of getting injured!
That’s why Dr. Anuja a certified women’s health specialist decided to start a strength training class where women can expect a safe space to get strong ask questions and learn evidence based information. This will be a 50 min class where we I’ll focus on breath work strength and a cool down with mobility.
