About this Event
For kids and teens, building healthy habits early is an investment in the future. Age-appropriate strength training can support fitness, mental wellbeing, confidence, injury prevention and performance in sport. Good muscle health makes everyday activities easier and helps set young people up for a lifetime of movement. In this monthly session, parents and young people will gain an understanding of age-appropriate strength training, how it can support kids’ and teens’ health and development, and how to begin safely and confidently. The session is hosted by Michael from DoDay Personal Training – Hobart’s most highly reviewed personal trainer.
