Come and show your support and admiration to the participants of the Strength of Spirit Games - Rehabilitation Triathlon, hosted by the Royal Navy, on Plymouth Hoe and Tinside Lido.
The Tri-Service adaptive recovery triathlon will see personnel in recovery and a cohort of Service Veterans compete in the swim, bike and row events. This thrilling event will get the crowds excitement going as you see the pure determination and commitment of those competing in this inspiring event.
Support the children too, as they take part in the thrilling Plymouth School Sports Partnership Junior Rowing Challenge, on Plymouth Hoe.
